mootmoot reads the email and chats you connect, works out what needs doing, and drafts the replies. You review everything before it is sent.
mootmoot is invite-only for now. If you have been invited, continue with the Google account your invitation was sent to.
Each task keeps the message it came from, plus any reply, event or plan mootmoot prepared.
Connect your inbox
Connect Gmail, and optionally WhatsApp or Telegram. New messages are sorted and summarised as they arrive.
Tasks appear by themselves
The messages that need action become tasks with a priority and the context you need to act.
You approve every reply
Where it can help, it drafts a reply, a calendar event or a plan. Nothing is sent, booked or changed until you approve it.
How mootmoot uses your Google data
Sign in with Google: your email address, to identify your mootmoot account.
Read Gmail: to read the mail you receive and send, so it can find tasks and draft replies, and to search past mail for context.
Send Gmail: to send the replies you approve, from your own address.
Google Calendar events: to check your availability and add the events you approve.
